As always, I’ll be keeping a close eye on everything announced and will update this page as more confirmed information becomes available, so be sure to check back regularly for the latest news and what it could mean for you.

At the start of March, we’re expecting three consecutive days of announcements, with updates to a range of Apple models each day. Below, I’ll be adding details and highlights as each announcement is officially released, so you can stay up to date with everything as it happens.

Apple release the MacBook Neo

The last release for day 3 was the MacBook Neo - Apple’s new budget MacBook, designed as the most affordable way to enter the Mac ecosystem.

Features of the MacBook Neo - Powered by the A18 Pro chip, delivering fast everyday performance and Apple Intelligence features, Features a 13-inch Liquid Retina display, Magic Keyboard, large trackpad and 1080p FaceTime camera, Includes 8 GB unified memory, 256 GB or 512 GB storage, and up to 16-hour battery life, Lightweight aluminium design in four colours: Silver, Blush, Indigo and Citrus. Pricing starts at $899.

The MacBook Neo is designed to sit neatly between the iPad and the MacBook Air, offering a more affordable entry point into the Mac lineup while still providing a full macOS experience. It’s aimed at students, home users, and anyone who wants a lightweight, reliable laptop for everyday tasks such as email, web browsing, streaming, and basic productivity. With Apple silicon performance, long battery life, and the familiar MacBook design, it delivers much of the Mac experience at a lower price point. For many people who may have previously considered an iPad with a keyboard, the MacBook Neo could be a compelling alternative that provides the flexibility of a full desktop operating system.

So a fairly busy 3 days for Apple with releases every day. If you felt a bit “lost” with it all, there is more information with a breakdown of everything we’ve seen over the last 3 days available here.

And I’m sure this won’t be the last of it as we wait for other product lines to move to the M5 chip as well.

eBooks Online - your source for Digital eBook’s ‘Down Under’

After quietly working on a new venture since mid-last year, I’m excited to announce that it’s now live!

The first eBook—"Avoiding Scams Down Under"—is available now, with more titles to come.

With scams on the rise in recent years, this eBook is a valuable resource to help you stay informed and protected. It covers key warning signs, practical steps to safeguard yourself and your finances, and crucial advice on recovering if you’ve been scammed.

Sadly, I’ve seen too many people fall victim to scams, which is why I hope this eBook will make a real difference by equipping more people with the knowledge they need.
